Regional Assistant Manager, Product Marketing (Coffee)  

Position Responsibilities

Translate product concepts into consumer-facing stories and GTM executions, driving awareness, adoption, and sustained sales performance across ZUS Coffee’s product lifecycle. Acts as the bridge between R&D, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring consistent brand alignment from lab to launch.

  • Develop GTM and launch blueprints for Coffee Squad projects (e.g. BOSS blend upgrades, Signature, CEO Latte).
  • Translate product insights into marketing narratives (value proposition, key visuals, naming logic).
  • Partner with R&D and Ops to define hero attributes (taste, aroma, price, value) and campaign focus.
  • Lead flavor trend scans and market insights for category innovation.
  • Create product guides and internal decks for Academy, Retail Ops, and Brand teams.
  • Track launch KPIs (sell-through, PSPD, repeat rate) and derive optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on creative content, packaging communication, and storytelling.
  • Maintain a product performance dashboard linking sensory quality to sales and customer feedback.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related.
  • 4–7 years’ experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably F&B, even more preferred in Coffee-Related Industry
  • Negotiation and vendor management.
  • Cupping & Taste Sensory
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of F&B supply chain, especially beverages.
  • Cross-functional coordination under project timelines.
