Regional Junior Project Manager  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

To manage and lead strategic & transformational change across the organization and to transform management and operational way of working. To continually improve and implement efficient systems aligned to the business goals. To ensure stakeholders are engaged and have continuous visibility of projects. To define and employ standardized processes for effective execution of projects.


Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above

- Work with a variety of stakeholders to implement special projects & document outcomes and lessons
- Research, prioritize & follow up on incoming issues & concerns addressed to the COO, including sensitive or confidential nature
- Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Assist the COO in preparing policy, research & analysis and related executive, strategic, and program activities
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the COO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff

JOB AUTHORITIES:

To make calculated decisions related to project management with the advisory of Management Team
To approve leave applications and working arrangements of direct reports

JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, and other related studies from a recognized university

- Preferably a professional certification in Project Management, Agile Practice, Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Risk Management

- Any certifications or prior educational qualification in: Consulting School, Design Thinking, Ethics & Compliance, Dashboarding, Tech Topics (IoT, Augmented Reality, Blockchain) are a plus.

Experience

- Minimum 4-7 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience with prior working experience in leading an independent team, stakeholder engagement

- Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Design Thinking Workshops, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs,

- Prior experience in project management execution and delivery excellence

- Any entrepreneurial experience is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

- Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution

- Strong Excel and analytical skills

- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

- Strong working knowledge of business management best practices

- Detailed-oriented & impeccable organizational skills

- Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships, to influence others to move towards a common vision or goal

- Ability to structurally run a workshop and drive outcomes of the specific session (Design Thinking Skills are a plus)
