Responsibilities
To assist in overall functions and activities of the Design & Build department
• Coordinate the Design & Build team as well as prepare and develop related drawings, models, images, and materials that are aligned with the internal department needs while maintaining brand image and company identity
• Develop tendering lot drawings for secured lots
• Ensure all the drawings are being presented with detailed specifications
• Prepare the designs according to space planning and overall layout, including architecture and furniture selection, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that work in the space and meet the intended design goals
• Comply with company procedures and standards, liaise with the external design team and other organizations as needed
• Provide administrative support by taking good care of department-related files
• Handle projects end-to-end, from design to drafting to execution in a budget and timely manner
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/ management
