Intern, Product (Beverage, Matcha)  

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities to support R&D and formulation for matcha-based beverages.
  • Assist in product testing and sensory evaluation, gathering feedback on taste, texture, and customer preference (food & beverages).
  • Support the Matcha Squad in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Assist in QA/ QC related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post launch checks.
  • Assist in the development of product marketing materials.
  • nsure that all documentation is properly organized and updated on weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinology or a related field
  • Strong analytical, proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Strong interest in beverages (Coffee, Tea and Matcha)
  • Sharing a product development portfolio or relevant F&B experience would be an added advantage.
