Key Responsibilities
- Support the Frappe Squad in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to
launch.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for new Frappe flavors,
packaging, or limited-edition concepts.
- Assist in product testing and sensory evaluation, gathering feedback on taste, texture, and
customer preference.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product concept,
quality, and brand identity.
- Help create and maintain product documentation, prototypes, and testing reports.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to support go-to-market strategies and
promotional launches.
- Analyze sales and consumer feedback data to evaluate product performance and
recommend improvements.
- Support the Frappe Squad’s product innovation initiatives, brainstorming new trends
and seasonal ideas.
