Intern, Talent Acquisition  

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to comprehend hiring requirements, the end-to-end hiring process, and team goals.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing by leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to facilitate the selection process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases with accurate candidate information.
  • Support the coordination of new hire orientations and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment plans and strategies.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year’ proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
