Qualification and experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Engineering or other related studies from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications in Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Agile Practice or Project Management are highly desirable.
- Any certifications or prior educational qualification in: Consulting School, Design Thinking, Ethics & Compliance, Dashboarding, Tech Topics (IoT, Augmented Reality, Blockchain) are a plus.
- Minimum 4-7 years business management, strategic operations, change or transformation management, project-based experience with prior working experience in leading an independent team, stakeholder engagement.
- Prior consulting or strategy experience or knowledge in Retail, Operational or Manufacturing optimization, Design Thinking Workshops, Review of Organizational goals and KPIs.
- Prior experience in project management execution and delivery excellence.
- Any entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of business management best practices.
- Detailed-oriented & impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to establish & maintain strong relationships, to influence others to move towards a common vision or goal.
- Ability to structurally run a workshop and drive outcomes of the specific session (Design Thinking Skills are a plus).
