Position Responsibilities

• Drive the development of the company's corporate strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leaders on key business decisions, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entry.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic & operational initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic & operational initiatives, identifying potential risks, and recommending adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and updates on the company's strategic performance.

Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong research, analytical, and quantitative analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present strategies to key stakeholders and the Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
