Intern, Brand Partnerships  

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and on-ground execution of ZUS sports initiatives sponsorships, tournaments, run clubs, community sports days, and athlete/club partnerships.
  • Assist in researching sports properties, clubs, communities, and cultural moments relevant to ZUS's audience, and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, permits, merchandise, manpower, setup and teardown for sports activations and collaboration launches.
  • Support the preparation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, and post-event reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, design) and external partners and vendors to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Be present on-ground at events to manage the run-of-show, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Help track, compile, and analyse activation and campaign performance - participation, footfall, sales uplift, and social engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation - run sheets, checklists, inventory, meeting notes, and follow-ups - with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support in partner email management and replies.

Requirements:

  • Minimally 6 month internship, ideally somebody who could start immediately.
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Events, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience organising sports events, collaborations, or club/community activities (e.g. leagues, tournaments, run clubs, campus or sports societies) - strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on and comfortable with groundwork - setup, coordination, and problem-solving in a live event environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail across logistics, timelines, inventory, and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), able to adapt tone across teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Highly-organised, proactive, and able to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to work occasional weekends or evenings for events as required.
