Quantity Surveyor  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist superior in Pre and Post Quantity for vendor and contractor.
- Assist superior in preparing Bills of Quantities, contracts, and other related documentation.
- Assist superior in evaluating costs from main contractor and subcontractors.
- Prepare and create Purchase Order using system.
- Assist to verify, the cost-control of all vendors, sub-contractor, workers and etc.
- Assist superior in Taking-off quantities for all the outlets’ items.
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and work closely with internal departments.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the project are delivered on time.
- Perform any other special project/ad-hoc task assigned by superior/ management.
- Preferably with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.
- Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic Skills required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to work in a team.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Language – English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (will be added advantage)
- Able to commit min. 3 - 6 months internship period
- Possess own transport.
