Intern, Talent Acquisition (Regional)  

Position Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline
• Assist in drafting and posting engaging job descriptions on various job portals.
• Actively source passive candidates.
• Review incoming resumes and screen candidates against specific job requirements.

2. Recruitment Coordination
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the Applicant Database to ensure candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Send interview confirmations and rejection letters, ensuring a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome.

3. Offer Management & Compliance
• Draft Employment Agreements: Prepare employment agreement letters using approved company templates, ensuring 100% accuracy in salary figures, start dates, and role titles.
• Documentation: Collect and file signed contracts and personal documents.
• Background Checks: Initiate and monitor reference checks for selected candidates.

4. Pre-Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with IT and Office Administration to ensure laptops, email accounts, and workspaces are ready before the new hire arrives.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant courses.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
