Intern, Regional Talent Acquisition  

Position Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities across regional functions.
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform employment reference checks.
- Support offer administration, including employment contract e-stamping.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Support ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects and administrative tasks.

Qualification & Experiences

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous internship, campus leadership, or volunteer experience is an advantage but not required.
- Exposure to recruitment, customer service, or event management is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is an advantage.
