JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:To assist on daily QA monitoring and food safety related matters.Handle, review and evaluate product complaints as per procedures.Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for management review.Assist in outlet registration to related governmental bodies.Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints.Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for management review.Perform any other special project/ task assigned by superior/ management.
