Position Responsibilities

Regional Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end execution of regional projects—from scoping and timelines to delivery and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain visibility across all in-flight initiatives spanning multiple departments and geographies.

Cross-Market Stakeholder Management

• Partner with department leads and local market stakeholders to drive project clarity, alignment, and accountability.
• Act as the central point of contact for regional initiatives and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Process Optimization at Scale

• Identify operational inefficiencies across countries and propose standardized workflows that can scale across regions.
• Support the rollout of best practices while adapting to localized needs.

Tech & Innovation Enablement

• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and regional tech teams to align process improvements with digital initiatives.
• Bridge functional requirements and technical delivery for region-specific tech rollouts.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Define KPIs and success metrics for regional initiatives.
• Consolidate progress updates and generate actionable reports for leadership across markets.

Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify potential blockers, regional risks, and interdependencies in advance.
• Propose mitigation plans that accommodate varying timelines and operational maturity across countries.

Regional Change Management

• Support adoption of new systems, tools, or processes in local markets through effective communication, training, and feedback loops.
• Act as a change agent ensuring transitions are smooth and well-received across diverse teams.

Qualification and Experience

• 3+ years inproject management, business operations, or transformation roles, preferably withregional or cross-border scope.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex projects.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagementacross cultures and organizational levels.
• Data-literate: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and drawing insights.
• Familiarity withAgile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies(certification is a plus).
• Proficiency with modernproject management tools(e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Notion).
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or other recognized project management certifications.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
• Bias for action, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
• Thrives in regional roles involving multicultural team dynamics.
