Position Responsibilities
As a Regional ERP Specialist at ZUS Coffee, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and scaling ERP systems across your assigned region. Your role bridges business needs and system capabilities by working closely with HQ teams and regional stakeholders to ensure ERP modules and integrations (e.g., POS, inventory, finance) run efficiently and consistently. You will play a key role in rollout execution, data integrity, and cross-system connectivity—without being in a direct support or helpdesk function.
- Lead and execute end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations across the region—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and validation.
- Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to capture business requirements and ensure local execution aligns with global ERP configurations.
- Manage integrations between ERP and related systems (e.g., POS, CRM, inventory platforms), ensuring clean data flow and system reliability at the store and warehouse levels.
- Support regional rollout activities, including system testing, cutover planning, field validation, and post-rollout observation to ensure operational readiness.
- Document regional workflows, configurations, SOPs, and integration mappings, maintaining alignment with central governance standards.
- Liaise with vendors or internal IT on patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of ERP environments within your region.
- Participate in R&D efforts by validating new features or modules in live stores, collecting structured feedback, and ensuring system stability.
- Ensure data integrity by overseeing local data migration efforts, conducting field audits, and enforcing data governance protocols.
