Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with theFrontend Lead,regional developers, andbackend teamsto build and maintain scalable, maintainable React.js applications for theBack Office systemused across multiple regions.
• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Zeplin) into reusable components using modern React architecture (hooks, context, component-based structure).
• Develop responsive and localized UI features that cater to varying workflows and business logic in different markets.
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code with an emphasis onperformance,accessibility, andcross-regional maintainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, support) across different countries to identify workflow pain points and implement tech-enabled solutions.
• Participate in cross-marketcode reviews,testing, andbug fixingto ensure stable regional deployments.
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders in various markets to ship features efficiently and reliably.
• Contribute UI/UX feedback based on user behavior, regional feedback, or platform constraints.

Qualification and Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with strong proficiency inReact.js and/or Next.js.
• Deep understanding ofJavaScript (ES6+),HTML5,CSS3, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Strong grasp ofresponsive design principlesand ability to ensurecross-browser and cross-region compatibility.
• Experience withstate management toolssuch as Redux, Zustand, or React Context.
• Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams across different regions.
• Experience working withversion control tools(Git) in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable working inAgile/Scrumteams with regional product and QA teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in distributed team environments.
