Graphic Designer  

The Junior Graphic Designer is an essential part of our creative team, assisting in the development of
visually striking designs for both online and offline media. This role is not only about acquiring and refining
technical skills, but it's also about bringing creativity to the table. You'll be joining ideation sessions,
pitching campaign-themed designs, and adapting key visuals across various platforms and channels. In
collaboration with Senior Graphic Designers and the Creative Director, you will have the chance to learn
and immerse in our company's brand identity while contributing to effective visual communication for our
audience. In essence, this role is an exciting opportunity to grow, learn, and express your creativity while
being an integral part of a dynamic creative team.

Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
● Assist in the development and execution of digital and print materials including but not limited to
websites, social media graphics, emails, brochures, logos, and presentations
● Participate in ideation sessions, contribute to the development of design concepts, and pitch
campaign-themed designs and visuals
● Adapt key visuals for different platforms and channels under the guidance of Senior Graphic
● Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
● Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and
meeting of deadlines
