Regional Senior Designer, UI/UX  

Position Responsibilities
User Experience and Design:

  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that align with branding guidelines and illustrate intuitive app/web GUI designs.
  • Design user navigation and interactions, supported by prototypes, to enhance user experience.
  • Identify and resolve UX issues (e.g., responsiveness, user pain points) to improve platform usability.
  • Conduct usability surveys and tests to gather user feedback and drive UI/UX improvements.

Product Strategy and Research:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers to inform design decisions.
  • Research competitors digital products and stay updated on UX trends to propose innovative design solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with mobile/web developers to fine-tune UI/UX implementations during development cycles.
  • Lead UI/UX walkthroughs with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure design alignment.
  • Influence and educate business stakeholders on the importance of UI/UX and the rationale behind design choices.

Mentorship and Leadership:

  • Review and coach peers on UI/UX best practices, fostering learning and support within the design team.

Other Job Authories:

  • Support UX research by providing visual prototypes for user testing.
  • Update design documentation and style guides to maintain consistency.
  • Assist the Regional Lead, UI/UX in implementing design standards and processes.
  • Monitor industry UI/UX trends to suggest enhancements to the design team.

Qualification and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Certification in UI/UX Design.
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in tech products, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating UI mockups, prototypes, usability testing, and user-centered design solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Track record of coaching peers or stakeholders on UI/UX principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) for creating mockups, prototypes, and storyboards.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Understanding of front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to support developer collaboration.
  • Expertise in designing user navigation and interaction flows aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationales to stakeholders
