Regional Manager, Supply Chain  

Position Responsibilities
Strategic Supply Chain Management

  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain agility and efficiency

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including 3PL and freight management across the region.
  • Work with the international freight to obtain the best freight to fix across the regional
  • Optimize distribution network to ensure timely delivery and minimal product loss (especially perishable goods).
  • Ensure compliance with international and local transport regulations.

Warehousing & Inventory Management

  • Manage regional warehousing operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and dispatch.
  • Assists the new market to source and identified the warehouse which fit to the needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement best practices in inventory control.
  • Ensure warehouse adherence to hygiene, food safety, and temperature control standards.
  • Overall monitor the regional warehouse KPI and also monitor the inventory level for each business units
  • Establish the dashboard to monitor the whole region KPI
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FDA, local regulations).
  • Collaborate with QA/QC to uphold product integrity from sourcing to final delivery.

Cost & Data Analysis

  • Tracking inventory levels, predicting demand, and optimizing stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyzing order patterns, identifying fulfillment issues, and optimizing the order processing flow.
  • Optimizing warehouse operations, streamlining picking and packing processes, and minimizing fulfillment times.
  • Analyzing transportation costs, optimizing routes, and tracking shipments in real-time.

Technology & Continuous

  • Utilize ERP and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Report and act on key performance indicators (KPIs): OTIF, cost per unit, service levels, etc.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicates with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance, to align sourcing and procuring activities with business needs.

Risk Management

  • Identifies and mitigates supply chain risks, such as supplier disruptions and price volatility.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, quality issues, or financial instability.

  • OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Delivery
  • Individual business units inventory holding ( DSI)

Qualification and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Solid experience in the F&B or consumer goods industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, logistics, and food-grade warehousing.
  • Experience in cold chain logistics and perishable inventory management is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.).
  • Experienced in relevant industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail F&B, healthcare, or technology.
  • Experienced managing global supply chains or in multi-country operations.
  • Familiarity with advanced supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, AI, machine learning, IoT).
  • Strong negotiation skills are essential for securing favorable contracts with suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in the sourcing process.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing software and tools.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid environmental changes.
  • Autonomous and results-oriented, with a clear determination to succeed.
