Position Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Execution
Partner Channel (3PL & Malls)
- Develop
and execute joint marketing plans with 3PL (GrabFood, ShopeeFood,
FoodPanda) and mall partners.
- Secure
A&P placements, seasonal campaigns, and joint activations to drive
visibility and sales.
- Monitor
campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Retail Channel (ZUS Outlets & POSMs)
- Lead
in-store marketing and POSM deployment across all ZUS outlets.
- Align with
Ops and Design teams to ensure timely rollouts, visual consistency, and
campaign relevance.
- Identify
outlet-level opportunities for localized campaigns.
Offline Channel (Billboards, Mobile Trucks, Events)
- Oversee
execution of OOH assets: billboards, digital screens, mobile trucks, etc.
- Plan and
manage brand events, pop-ups, and community activations.
- Work with
media agencies to ensure efficient placements and maximize reach.
People Leadership
- Manage
and coach a team of 3, providing clear
direction, support, and performance feedback.
- Delegate
tasks effectively, ensuring ownership and accountability across team
members.
- Foster a
collaborative, growth-driven team culture in line with ZUS values.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner
with Brand, Product, Digital, Ops, and Partnerships teams for integrated
go-to-market plans.
- Liaise
with external vendors, designers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Track
budgets, timelines, and project performance for all campaigns.
