Overview
We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive growth through innovative go-to-market strategies and initiatives for our new business. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth plan that focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, while analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan that includes digital marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience strategies.
  • Optimize customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Growing the business from 0 to first key milestone.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Breath digital, with a knack for consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
