Qualifications & Experience
At least bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Food Science, or related field required.
At least 4 years experience and above in project management, management consulting or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on product launches.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, able to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance metrics to drive successful product launches.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Plus point on knowledge of food & beverage industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices related to product development and launch processes.
