Responsibilities:
- Represent ZUS Coffee at events as barista, managing clients’ and visitors’ expectations and upholding company values.
- Direct the planning and execution of ZUS collaboration events, managing stock levels and manpower and perform pre-event and post-event stock takes to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless event execution and conduct pre-event briefings to align stakeholders on roles and expectations.
- Oversee the scheduling, execution of pick and pack activities, ensuring timely delivery of event materials and the availability of necessary equipment for event setup and dismantling.
- Achieve favorable ZWAT’s event stakeholder reviews following each event, including detailed reports of event outcomes.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of ZUS Coffee outlets by promptly addressing and resolving any operational challenges.
- Play a key role in the successful launch of new ZUS Coffee outlets, overseeing everything from staff readiness to operational setup.
- Provide support to outlets with manpower shortages, ensuring they are adequately staffed and operational following the assigned schedule and shift by superior.
- Undertake additional tasks or special projects as assigned by management.
- Maintain high service quality and consistency, ensuring all products follow SOPs.
- Use product knowledge to assist baristas, OS, and OM with any inquiries and serve as an in-house trainer.
- Achieve positive ZWAT visitation evaluations from outlet teams during weekly outlet visits.
- Conduct QA checks and quickly address and support DM and OM to resolve any retail ops related issues.
- Regularly visit and work following outlet shift at new and existing outlets to assess performance, gather feedback, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Provide weekly and monthly visitation performance reports.
