Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, content creation or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign mechanics, and execution processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members in campaign execution.
- Execution-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- High adaptability, resilience, and agility to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
