Tech Support  

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to resolve customer or internal technical issues via ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to database SQL queries, PHP scripts, and other system components.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
  • Perform routine system checks and data analysis to ensure smooth operation.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide insights on user-reported issues.

Qualification and Experiences

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of database systems and ability to execute SQL queries (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE).
    • Fundamental knowledge of PHP for debugging and minor code fixes.
    • Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems is a plus.
    • Understanding of web applications and APIs is a bonus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
