Senior Manager, Strategy  

Position Responsibilities

·Drivingthe strategic planning process by developing board papers, reports, presentations and supporting material in accordance with Group planning guidelines, coordinating Business Reviews and supporting the CEOin the development of business strategies.

·Owning and solving highly complex strategic analysis by, conducting and deliveringquantitative / qualitative analysis (including customer research and insights) and synthesizing findings into strategic recommendations.

·Facilitating and coordinatingstrategic workshops with relevant senior stakeholders and decision makers.

·Supporting the VP of Strategy with requests such asperforming competitor analysis, market sizing, focused research.

·To perform research, assess, evaluate, and identify new business opportunities.

·To evaluate costs versus values, assess risks, and identify optimization opportunities across the business verticals.

·To conduct and analyze qualitative/quantitative research and analytics to determine risk mitigation or opportunity seizing strategic plans for the Company.

·To implement portfolio operational excellence and governance models to assess risk and performance metrics against profit and operating income.

Qualification & Experience

·Be in possession of a Business Management Degree or any other relevant field. An MBA would be ad added advantage

·Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in the industry. Candidates from consulting, Technology, e-Commerce, F&B background would be appreciated.

·Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with excellent business acumen.

·Demonstrable ability and proven track record in strategy-building and implementation.

·Vast knowledge in data analytics and performance metrics.

·Experience in developing medium-term growth strategies and implementing robust operating mechanisms for operational performance.

·Exceptional interpersonal & negotiation skills.
