Product Innovation & Development Executive, Lifestyle  

Position Responsibilities

  • Product Development:
    - Assist the Product Innovation & Development Manager in overseeing the product innovation and development process for the lifestyle merchandising division.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    - Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive benchmarks. Leverage these insights to develop product concepts with clear unique selling points.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:
    - Work closely with creative, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to market strategies, product positioning and alignment across all functions.

  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    - Support all stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, sourcing, budgeting and manufacturing, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

  • External Stakeholder Management:
    - Coordinate with international suppliers & manufacturers to establish product acceptance criteria and maintain high-quality standards for all products.

  • Performance Analysis:
    - Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancements and future innovations.

  • Trend monitoring:
    - Stay ahead of industry developments, consumer behaviors and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table for innovative product designs.

Qualification & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Experience in product innovation and development, preferably in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for bringing innovative products to market.
  • Proficiency in crafting and delivering professional presentations.
  • A keen interest in lifestyle trends and a commitment to driving innovation in product development. Knowledge of coffee industry trends is a bonus!
