Senior Executive, Finance (AR)  

Position Resposibilities:

  • Perform daily reconciliation among POS reports, settlement reports and collections received from payment gateways, e-wallet providers, credit card acquirers, delivery platforms, and other sales channels, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and manage receivable balances arising from corporate customers, business partners, franchisees, and other credit-supported channels.
  • Investigate disputed transactions and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify unusual transactions, revenue leakages, settlement variances, or operational risks and escalate appropriately.
  • Work closely with other teams to resolve transaction and settlement issues.
  • Assist internal and external auditors by providing accurate and timely documentation.
  • Liaise with banks, payment service providers, e-wallet operators, and business partners on collection and reconciliation matters.
  • Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support the scalability of accounts receivable operations.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Reconciliation, Finance Operations, or related finance functions.
  • Experience in Retail, Food & Beverage (F&B) fields are preferred
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, and collection processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of payment settlements, digital payment channels, and financial controls is an advantage.
  • Accountable and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and continuous improvement driven.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
