Position Responsibilities
Brand Partnership Management- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of strategic brand partnerships to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities aligned with ZUS Coffee’s brand strategy and business goals.
- Manage commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with ZUS’s financial and strategic goals.
- Oversee end-to-end execution, including coordination across marketing, operations, product, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate partnership performance, preparing reports and insights to improve future initiatives.
Delivery Channel Management (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Shopee Food)- Develop and execute strategies to maximize growth and profitability of delivery channels.
- Own relationships with key stakeholders from delivery partners (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Shopee Food), ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements, focusing on improving profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product) to execute channel-specific initiatives effectively.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report delivery channel performance, deriving actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Forecast financial performance and prepare budgets aligned with business targets.
People Management & Team Development- Directly manage and mentor two direct reports, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental objectives.
- Lead performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and set clear, measurable performance goals aligned with departmental OKRs.
- Develop and implement career development plans, including individual learning paths and training opportunities to enhance team capabilities and growth.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Identify skill gaps and facilitate training or coaching sessions to strengthen the team’s competencies in line with business requirements.
