Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably handling 3,000+ employees in a large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, labour laws, tax calculations and statutory regulations.
- Strong Excel skills, capable of analyzing basic data and trends.
- Experience in payroll audits and compliance reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple payroll cycles within tight deadlines.
- Capability to design and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling payroll for other countries is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
