Brand & Marketing, Content Executive  

Position Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ideation
  • Plan, develop and execute creative content across multiple platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and audience engagement.
  • Write compelling and creative copy that grabs attention and aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
  • Record, produce, and edit quality videos and photos for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with the brand team to develop content that supports and enhances ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create visually compelling designs, graphics, or handle design tasks when necessary to ensure alignment with the brand’s identity.

Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.
  • Actively engage with followers, fostering an interactive and loyal community.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns, from ideation to performance review.

Collaboration & Campaign Support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and creative, to develop content that supports overall campaign goals.
  • Assist in the execution and management of content-driven campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

Reporting
  • Track and compile weekly and monthly content performance reports across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS).
  • Analyse key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, video completion rate, click-throughs, and follower growth.
  • Highlight top-performing content, trend opportunities, and content gaps.
  • Provide simple insights and recommendations to improve future content, posting times, and creative direction.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experince in content creation or social media management, Fresh graduates with a passion for content are also welcome to apply!
  • Excellent in conceptualizing, creating, and executing creative content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal skills in Malay and English, with Mandarin proficiency as a plus, and the ability to craft compelling messages while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera for recording videos and creating visual content.
  • Able to quickly adjust to new trends, tools, and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and external partners.
  • Always thinking outside the box to develop fresh and captivating content.
  • Pays close attention to every aspect of content creation to ensure high-quality, polished output.
  • Able to troubleshoot challenges and find effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
