Position Responsibilities
Content Creation & Ideation
Plan, develop and execute creative content across multiple platforms, including social media, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and audience engagement.
Write compelling and creative copy that grabs attention and aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
Record, produce, and edit quality videos and photos for social media and digital campaigns.
Work closely with the brand team to develop content that supports and enhances ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to create visually compelling designs, graphics, or handle design tasks when necessary to ensure alignment with the brand’s identity.
Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more.
Actively engage with followers, fostering an interactive and loyal community.
Support the planning and execution of campaigns, from ideation to performance review.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and creative, to develop content that supports overall campaign goals.
Assist in the execution and management of content-driven campaigns.
Monitor content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
Track and compile weekly and monthly content performance reports across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS).
Analyse key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, video completion rate, click-throughs, and follower growth.
Highlight top-performing content, trend opportunities, and content gaps.
Provide simple insights and recommendations to improve future content, posting times, and creative direction.
