Position Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring for high-level positions locally & globally.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process,
including streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and
leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with department heads and HR leaders to forecast
future talent needs.
- Be proactive in talent mapping by identify potential candidates for
key roles before the need arises and maintain detailed records of
high-potential talent in a centralized database.
- Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process,
providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive
candidate experience.
- Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns for job openings/
future talents across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards,
social media, professional network, campaign marketing, etc).
- Build and manage relationships with universities, professional
organizations, and industry groups to develop a strong talent pipeline for
current and future hiring needs and increate corporate branding.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to
promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives by creating compelling job
postings, enhancing the careers section of the company website, participating
in awards submission, and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Focuses
on bridging the gap between talent acquisition and employer marketing
strategies to attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports
to management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
