Manager, Brand  

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and execution of marketing strategies for the ZCM Consumer Product Pillar, focusing on brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Oversee a team of three members, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with the organization’s overall goals, including business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and driving deeper consumer engagement with the brand.
