Business Development Executive   (Vacancy Closed)

Responsibilities:

  • To develop overall business strategies and evolve business models for revenue and profit growth
  • Carry out all phases of the business development including prepare of business proposal, making presentation and project implementation
  • Analyze trends, perform market research, evaluating environmental surveys
  • Identify strategic locations for outlet expansion in line with the company sales growth target
  • Responsible for all leasing activities including (New, Renewal, Termination) across Malaysia
  • Administer the tenancy documents, payments, and related documents, to ensure a proper handover
  • Administer on the utility’s application process
  • Site inspection, closely monitor the ongoing site progress, ensure follow-up through execution to the opening of the store
  • Work closely with Design & Build team, assist to negotiate all the issues/ matters during renovation with landlord, developer, and landowner as a company key representative
  • To ensure the target is achievable that has been set by superior/ management
  • Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Property Management/ Real Estate/ Sales & Marketing or any related field
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of working experiences with relevant job scopes
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, eagerness to learn, and able to work independently
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
