Customer Happiness Specialist  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer support and assistance through Voice and Digital channels for our customers
  • Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses
  • Data entry and reporting of the tickets handled on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Gather feedback from customers, observe operational issues report promptly to supervisor
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience
  • Support other department campaigns when the need arises

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in customer service, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work in fast paced, high-intensity work environment
  • High EQ and patience when handling tough cases
  • Able to work on rotate shifts as needed (weekdays, weekends & public holiday) Malaysian citizen
  • Creativity skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languages
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Familiar with F&B or posses coffee knowledge is a plus
  • Preferably with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
