Responsibilities:Provide quality customer support and assistance through Voice and Digital channels for our customersDeliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statusesData entry and reporting of the tickets handled on a weekly and monthly basisGather feedback from customers, observe operational issues report promptly to supervisorConstantly work towards improving customer experienceSupport other department campaigns when the need arises
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any fieldAt least 1 year of working experience in customer service, fresh graduates are welcome to applyAble to work in fast paced, high-intensity work environmentHigh EQ and patience when handling tough casesAble to work on rotate shifts as needed (weekdays, weekends & public holiday) Malaysian citizenCreativity skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languagesAble to work under minimal supervisionFamiliar with F&B or posses coffee knowledge is a plusPreferably with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
