Position Responsibilities:- To continually source, develop and roll out innovative products that appeal to new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences in the FMCG (Food and Beverages) category
- Develop and execute product development plans that align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with Operations, QA/QC, Halal, Marketing, Sales, Supply & Design teams to ensure successful product launches
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating prototypes, and testing product performance
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and adjust strategy as needed to increase sales and profitability
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions
- Manage inventories inclusive of forecast and sales planning
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of goods
- Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, procedures and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and intellectual property protection
