Sales Coordinator  

Position Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process sales orders in the system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, including order status, sales performance, merchandiser performance tracking, promoter sampling tracking and customer feedback.
  • Maintain and organize sales-related documents, ensuring easy access for the sales team.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss sales forecasts, production schedules, inventory management and update the sales team by providing the stock inventory on daily basis.
  • Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in business admin or equivalent.
  • Preferably experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.
