Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experienced in Civil, Criminal, and Employment laws.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate legal work at a law firm and/or in a legal division.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts, labor, intellectual property, data protection, law practices, applicable document development processes, legal records and procedures.
- Three years of experience in drafting legal and business documents.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
