Qualifications & Experience
- At least Diploma/ Degree in Business Administrator/ Facilities Management/ Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology/ Engineering or its equivalent.
- Have at least 1 - 2 years of contract, general construction estimating experience, financial experience, engineering experience, or related field.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Software excellent in Microsoft Office or Microsoft Project. Others will be advantage.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, discipline and proactive with the ability to work independently.
