Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in F&B chain / retail or F&B product development (coffee-related industry will be an added advantage).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute new method development.
- Possess good sensory skills for product bench-marking and development.
- Good interest and knowledge in ingredient formulation and development.
- Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel, other relevant software and application.
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels, internally and externally, in an effective and responsive manner.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop new and improved products.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation practices.
