Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee data analytics strategies and framework for the company,
• Source, gather, and organize data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis,
• Explore, define and implement data journey (Descriptive, diagnostics, predictive to prescriptive)
• Build strong data fundamentals with smooth and efficient interdepartmental cooperation,
• Develop and configure data visualization and modelling based on business and departmental needs,
• Strategize, plan, model, and develop machine learning to optimise forecasting process and capability,
• Work with stakeholders to strengthen a data and automation culture and environment within the company,
• Responsible of the maintenance of business intelligence and data program tools, dashboards, and infrastructure,
• Identify, track, evaluate, and report on business opportunities and market risk as well as make recommendations accordingly,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, finance, mathematics, or any other relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in business intelligence, data science, or data engineering,
• Understand commercial target and is equipped with ability to make data-driven recommendation and decisions
• Ability to identify industry’s partners’ commercial gap and priorities,
• Strong ability in data interpretation, analytics, visualisation, and presentation,
• Knowledge of service or platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon RedShift, Quicksight,
• Fluent in SQL, Python, Java, or R, fluency in more than one is a bonus,
• Has good command of both written and spoken English and Malay, any additional language is a bonus.
• Excellent project management, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
