Business Process Automation Specialist  

Position Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
2. Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Lark Anycross.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
4. Monitor and maintain automation workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
5. Provide training and support to team members on the use of automation tools and processes.
6. Document automation processes and maintain accurate records of changes and updates.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.

Qualification & Experiences

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business process automation using tools such as Zapier, Lark Anycross, or similar platforms.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
8. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
