Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding process in terms of laptop preparation, setting up email, and activating access card
- Design, monitor, analyse, and troubleshoot IT systems
- Support and perform desktop-level of troubleshoot via remotely, telephone, and email
- Manage documentation of warranty claims and licensed software and domains
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, network system, and office administration runs smoothly
- Provide technical support to outlets such as installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, door access, scanner, and CCTV
- Liaise with IT related office equipment suppliers such as hardware, software, and system
- Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
