Position Responsibilities
- Conceive, draft, and distribute internal communications addressing business and employee-related matters to ensure our employees are informed, inspired, and connected across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate in organizing major employee events.
- Co-manage components of the employee engagement/employee relations budget and associated reporting structures.
- Design visually captivating content using software to support various organizational requirements.
- Actively seek out new learning opportunities to enhance design skills and stay abreast of industry trends in employee engagement, internal communication, and culture integration.
- Execute events and activities in alignment with organizational culture and objectives, ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards.
- Develop innovative ideas for employee engagement initiatives, thinking creatively to make them impactful in boosting employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Ensure all projects and tasks are completed within designated deadlines and budget, maintaining a high level of quality.
- Negotiate favourable deals with vendors for required services and products, optimizing budgetary resources.
- Cultivate positive relationships with employees, integrating seamlessly into the organizational culture to actively contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist in embedding organizational culture through various initiatives and communications.
- Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance morale and foster a positive work environment.
- Contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, aligning them with organizational values and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate media and design elements into their initiatives.
- Provide support in planning and executing employee benefits programs, aiming for a minimum of three successful collaborations per month (or as deemed fit).
