Senior Executive, Employee Relations   (Vacancy Closed)

Position Responsibilities

  • Conceive, draft, and distribute internal communications addressing business and employee-related matters to ensure our employees are informed, inspired, and connected across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate in organizing major employee events.
  • Co-manage components of the employee engagement/employee relations budget and associated reporting structures.
  • Design visually captivating content using software to support various organizational requirements.
  • Actively seek out new learning opportunities to enhance design skills and stay abreast of industry trends in employee engagement, internal communication, and culture integration.
  • Execute events and activities in alignment with organizational culture and objectives, ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards.
  • Develop innovative ideas for employee engagement initiatives, thinking creatively to make them impactful in boosting employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are completed within designated deadlines and budget, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Negotiate favourable deals with vendors for required services and products, optimizing budgetary resources.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with employees, integrating seamlessly into the organizational culture to actively contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in embedding organizational culture through various initiatives and communications.
  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance morale and foster a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, aligning them with organizational values and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate media and design elements into their initiatives.
  • Provide support in planning and executing employee benefits programs, aiming for a minimum of three successful collaborations per month (or as deemed fit).

Qualification & Experience

  • Must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in media/ mass communication or equivalent in professional certificates.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Preferably possess prior experience in graphic design, event management, employee relations or culture development roles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Display a collaborative and team-oriented attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
