Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand experience and perception within the live commerce environment, focusing on optimizing audience engagement, interaction, and conversion.
  • Lead the development of brand assets tailored for live commerce, including visual identity, messaging, and interactive elements, to create immersive and memorable brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into live commerce sessions, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor live commerce performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and viewer feedback, to assess brand impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners within the live commerce ecosystem to amplify brand reach, visibility, and engagement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to live hosts and moderators on brand representation, communication style, and engagement tactics to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in live commerce and brand experience, incorporating insights into ongoing brand initiatives within the live commerce space.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence in live brand experiences, inspiring team members to push the boundaries of live commerce storytelling and audience interaction.


  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in live commerce, digital marketing, or brand management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of live commerce platforms, audience behavior, and engagement strategies, with a focus on driving brand affinity and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and objectives effectively within the live commerce context.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret live commerce performance data and viewer insights to inform brand strategies and optimizations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, experiential marketing, and audience engagement, able to create compelling brand experiences in the live environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, live hosts, moderators, and external partners to execute brand initiatives within the live commerce ecosystem.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members towards achieving brand experience goals and driving business impact through live commerce.
