Innovation Creative Director  

Job Description

  • Leadership & Strategy
    - Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product and brand strategy encompassing brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and visual identity.
    - Oversee all brand-related activities, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels.
    - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities for product development, marketing, and overall business growth.
    - Collaborate with the Marketing team to define target audience segments and develop impactful marketing campaigns.
    - Champion brand storytelling and ensure brand values are communicated effectively through all marketing materials and product experiences.
    - Manage external strategic partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing activities and strategic initiatives.

  • Creative Direction & Team Management
    - Provide strategic vision and creative direction to the internal creative team, including theCreative Strategist, fostering a deep understanding of brand and product objectives.
    - Empower the team through coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities tocontinuously build their skills and experience.
    - Responsible for managing and optimizing the setup and workflow of the creative team
    - Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativerisk-taking and fosters a constant flow of fresh ideas.
    - Lead the Creative Strategist in developing innovative concepts for new products,marketing campaigns, and brand experiences.
    - Track and evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns, ensuring alignment with theoverall brand strategy and their contribution to achieving marketing goals.

  • Innovation & Market Growth
    - Leverage insights from market research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor analysis to uncover new product, marketing, and business opportunities. This includes exploring innovative packaging formats, functionalities, and marketing strategies.
    - Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to develop unique and disruptive product concepts that address unmet consumer needs and capitalize on emerging trends.
    - Champion a culture of creative exploration within the product development process, encouraging experimentation and pushing boundaries.
    - Develop and launch new product lines and extensions that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    - Stay current on industry trends in beverage development and consumer preferences.
    - Monitor sales and performance results against established metrics (e.g., sales targets, market share growth) and adapt strategies accordingly.

  Min. Education:  Bachelor's Degree
