Responsibilities:
- Responsible for e-commerce marketplace management - sales/ traffic (Not limited to Shopify, Tik Tok, Lazada, Shopee)
- Manage website maintenance for all platforms – banners, enhanced product detail pages, product listing , inventory sync, voucher creation and platform exposure
- Responsible for all double digits and BAU campaigns execution in accordance to overall marketing calendar.
- Assist to improve user journey experience and post mortem reporting across all platforms
- Assist on product promotion strategy and mechanics list.
- Liaison between various platform account managers and any third party agencies
- Assist in digital paid ads management, content planning and data analysis
