Assistant Key Account Manager  

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with assigned major accounts to drive brand awareness and secure profitable business.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and report on customer-specific sales processes and account plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that match customers' strategic and tactical directions.
  • Initiate contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers, and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies and guidelines.
  • Skilled at developing a collaborative Joint Business Plan with the customers.
  • Support in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • To conduct market research to identify / analyse consumer, competitors, and business market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Trade Marketing, Product Manager and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /in Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 3-4 years of direct experience
  • Strong management skills, leadership abilities, and motivation, with good business acumen
  • Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders
  • Efficiency and time management
  • Well experienced in internal and external communications, partnership development
  • Strong track record of success in key account management
