Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into the latest research and trends in PM to keep us ahead to enhance the people’s performance and capability, leading to better business outcomes.
  • Craft compelling performance reports that inspire action and drive meaningful change.
  • Be the go-to person for gathering, analysing, and presenting performance data, empowering decision-makers with valuable insights.
  • Be the friendly face for all employee inquiries related to PM, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce exciting new PM initiatives and enhance our service deliveries.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless service delivery, and play a key role in selecting and renewing partnerships that align with our goals and values.
  • Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical, problem solver and multitasker
  • Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
