Job Responsibilities:- Conductunannounced internal outlet regular audit to measure outlets compliance level to food safety, sanitation, product quality and overall outlet health by reviewing outlets practices and tools.
- Handle, review and evaluate product complaints as per procedures.
- Support in executing Supplier Quality Management program, evaluate current supplier base and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support, evaluate and measure product development and deployment processes.
- Analyze outlet audit performance and conduct gap analysis for improvement. Provide recommendation / advice to outlets.
- Effectively communicate to outlets on best practices, product safety and quality standards.
- Review, investigate and troubleshoot product concerns from retails and customers. Implement corrective action and documents outcomes accordingly.
- Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints.
- Compile all QA relevant activities on scheduled basis for management review.
- Monitor and drive appropriate action and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
