Executive, Talent Acquisition  

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
  • Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
  • Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
  • Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
  • Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
  • Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Serving as a liaison with agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Conduct exit interviews and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/ management from time to time

  • Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in HR/ Admin or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-year work experience in HR/ Admin related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
